Environment Philosophy
We, Kobayashi Byora Co., Ltd. will promote environmental conservation activities in order to contribute to the local community and its social mission to pass on the irreplaceable global environment to the next generation.
Environment Policy
As a company engaged in the distribution of industrial fasteners and a wide variety of fasteners, we will contribute to the green procurement of our business partners and the creation of an earth-friendly recycling-oriented society.
We will build and maintain an environmental management system with the aim of improving customer satisfaction, and strive to continuously improve environmental issues through the activities of all employees.
We will comply with laws, ordinances, and other requirements related to the environment. We will focus on the following items related to our business activities, products, or services.
- We will promote resource and energy conservation to prevent global warming.
- We will improve our daily operations and reduce our environmental impact.
- We will promote the procurement and sale of environmentally friendly products to prevent pollution. We will establish standards for the management of prohibited chemical substances and clarify the management of environmentally hazardous substances.
- We will comply with various requirements from customers.
This policy will be disseminated to all employees and will be made available to the general public upon request.

As globalization progresses in the entire industrial field, social interest in labor and human rights issues in developing countries due to environmental issues and competition to reduce costs is increasing. Under such circumstances, companies are strongly required to take responsibility not only for finances but also for society and the environment, and CSR (social responsibility) is becoming an increasingly important theme for corporate management.
CSR Basic Policy
We will comply with all relevant laws and regulations in our business and proceed with our business activities to fulfill our social responsibilities.
